I was looking to replace the hot water tank rental that came with the house I purchased in late 2021. I was impressed on all levels with the TEAM at Home Service Professionals, from the initial phone call, sales to installation and follow up. The direct and forthright details from *** during our sales consultation made my decision to sign my contract and have a ****** tankless hot water system and **** Water Softener installed. I didn't require time to ponder as I had done my due diligence to compare what I was looking for in advance. Definitely what I would suggest going into a meeting when considering any type of investment to my home. This also ensured I was dealing with a legitimate and accredited business. *** (Sales) was engaging and personable as he took time to understand my needs currently and future considerations. He answered my questions and together we looked at options and the cost savings of outright purchase, payment options, or rental. I did not feel rushed or pressured and the rebate was clearly noted and adjusted in the price to save me any later paperwork in hopes of receiving the benefit. ***** * ***** (Installation) were able to complete the installation, clean up and offered excellent additional tips and assistance while they were working. They patiently worked with me to ensure I was happy with the location and even helped with a couple small details not part of the service - thanks so much! They were an excellent team. When the competitions service person showed up to remove the rental unit that Home Service Professionals took their time to drain and unhook properly, he was less than stellar. The "other" vendor made a point of telling me I had wasted my money and after quoting figures to make his point, I used my calculator to show him the large cost savings I will realize over the lifetime of my investment. What a great feeling and I would recommend the HSP TEAM with confidence. ***, ****** *****... Cheers.

Have used HSP twice now and on both occasions they went above and beyond to ensure the work was done in a timely manner Chris ****** was the technician both times we have had the come out the first time to repair our ancient ax unit which Chris did and was able to get us two more years out of it the second time was to install a brand new unit both times he was extremely professional would not hesitate to use this company again

I just had an appointment with a salesman from Home Service Professionals about my water tank rental. He started in on his sales pitch but when I stated that I had known someone whom had previously dealt with a company like this a few years ago and had problems he immediately tried to show me all the great reviews. I told him that I could not make any commitments today and would like to do my own research and due diligence he immediately changed his attitude. He said that I was happy with my rental and started to pack up his things. I have never seen a salesperson leave so fast in my life. That is very sketchy and I will make sure that I never respond to a call claiming to be from ******************** asking if I'm interested in a rebate from the government for any heating and cooling equipment. As soon as you say your interested in getting information the call is ended and then you gat a call later from these people. I don't trust them as far as I can throw them!!!!!!!

I had an appointment scheduled for Dec 6, 2021 based on a conversation with ***** and the day before, they cancelled and said a family emergency happened and the service guy can't make it. I said ok, no problem. ***** re-scheduled my appointment for the following Monday Dec. 13. and I accepted.
I called on the Dec. 13 at 2pm to confirm with ***** and it seemed like she was not 100% organized but came back and said OK, we will be there between 5 - 6pm. They call me back at 3:45 and say, I'm sorry we can't make it today, can we re-schedule for Wednesday morning. I'm a reasonable person but this is not how business should be done. I've cleared my schedule 2 times and I'm not falling for it a third time.

From the initial recommendation to switch to these heaters and furnace, the installations and the competency of these items. Have proven to be excellent thus far. Thanks for this.
