I have paid my bill every month to ******** and they keep sending my bills as if I haven't paid it. We called and talked to a customer service representative and she said there’s been an issue with my bills due to a gas meter reading . Yet every bill they continue to charge me late fees. I have not missed any bill payments and they will not fix it! This has been happening since December and it’s beyond annoying as they want to charge me extra late fees and on top of that they think I’ve missed a payment which never happened. In December they sent me 3 different bills and I talk to someone and figured out what I needed to pay and now my bill keeps saying miss payments and late fees. I’m beyond pissed with them and their crappy service. It went from owing 69.32 which I paid and now they think I owe the even more.
