      Delayed pick up due to a check engine light. Engine light on and off since day 1. In the shop today. Wasted time I think. They don't want to spend more time and money to fix the issue. Have a loaner. Waiting to see how they handle this. Gathering my thoughts and information before taking the next step. 4 trips to ******. 4 days wasted. Vacation ruined. So many excuses and delays.

      When the ad says the car is certified and reconditioned, you would expect the car to have a functioning stereo system. Well not at Oakridge Ford. We went to see 2013 Toyota Corolla Certified and Reconditioned. It drove pretty good. We liked the car but it didn’t have a functioning stereo system. We asked the sales representative to make sure when we pick it up the stereo is in a working condition. The sales representative and the manager wouldn’t commit to do that. They would only commit to diagnosing the issue but not fixing the stereo. We didn’t even haggle much. The ad did not specify the stereo system wasn’t working and will not be fixed by the dealership. The ad says entertainment features: AM/FM radio CD player CD-MP3 decoder Wireless phone connectivity - Bluetooth I wasn't able to test any of it and they wouldn't fix it. **** ** ****** ***** **************

      One star because your door was open. Not the best for customers.. ******** **** ** *** **** ** *** ******* ***** ********* *** *** **** *** Oakridge Ford is not even scalable. Tricare is a joke *** ***** **** ** ** * **** ** * ****. I feel trapped by their products and forced to keep coming back. It is a have to. **** **** *** **** **** **** *** **** *** **** ** **** **** *** ******* *** *** **** *** **** *** ********* *** **** *** **** *** ***** **** ******.       If there were negative 50 stars I might have chosen that. My husband and I bought a 2019 Ford F-150 April 2020.No problem at all buying the vehicle, they were pleased to have their money. Had oil changes done on the 6 month intervals. Took the vehicle in for a recall (20M04) power door lock actuator failure, the new piece was put in backwards and my husband couldn't open the drivers door. Had to return to dealership to fix that. It was also there to check why the truck was sounding like a diesel truck. My husband was told that is the way they are supposed to run. My husband said if I wanted a diesel truck I would have bought one!! Another complaint is that the repair technicians jump in and out of the truck with their dirty clothes and boots and there is not a protective cover for the seat or floor. My husband then spoke to the manager and he was very apologetic and said for your inconvenience would give us the Gold detail package at no charge..( spoke to him April 16 2022) no callback from him yet...On June 10 the vehicle was in for the drivers side mirror not holding in place( you shut the door and the side mirror drops down) and there was a noise coming from under the truck when you first start it up. The vehicle was there from 8 am till 445 pm...the next day it was doing the same thing. We went back on Saturday June 11 just to see if someone could look at. Not fully staffed on Saturday which we understood.. waited for the manger ( he was on a call for quite a while) we waited and then was told he was now off the call and then sorry, he just went on another call. Asked to have him call us...FYI still no call back. On Monday June 13 Brandon ******** called and told my husband that we would never be satisfied with any work done . Do not bring the vehicle back nor buy another vehicle from them. My husband told him that's fine..
      In seven years we have purchased over 250K in ford trucks. This is the last one!!

      I took my 2015 Escape in for it's 40,000 km check up on Dec 3rd. 2021. When it was finished I paid the bill but I didn't notice until later that there was no inspection page. When I emailed about this I was told they would find it and email it to me. Nothing arrived so I contacted the service manager by email and he didn't bother to answer me at all. Two weeks ago I contacted them again and was told I would have to wait until June 13th when I get my next oil change. This is not acceptable treatment of any customer so I am seriously starting to look for another dealership.

      I went to get my truck worked on in late November. Never received and updates on completion or anything from the dealership all day. I have to call multiple times to get an update on when the truck was going to be done. I told them
      Multiple times I needed it the next day. I had to call around 630 to figure out if my truck was done. Was told it was. Went to pick it up. No bill was available for me to pay at the time and the receptionist couldn't find one. I went outside to find my truck locked in the compound behind the shop. Had to go back and ask for assistance to get it out. Oakridge had my phone number at the time(switched numbers in early January) and my email. They choose to send me a copy in the mail that I received about a month later. I called Oakridge just after Xmas to pay this bill and was told my service rep quit and they can't access the bill I told them the amount and tried to pay it. Was told she would call me back right away. Nothin. About a month later I get a email about the bill ************ asking me to pay this. I don't disagree with paying the bill but the way this whole situation was handled shows the type of business they are.
