Transaction Date: April 15, 2022 (Receipt attached) I ordered a personalized school sweatshirt through my daughter's school. The sweatshirt was delivered to the school. The sweatshirt we received on June 1st was not in the size we ordered. I contacted the email on the receipt (wendyv@aboveandbeyondpromotions.com). June 2nd, I received a response from **** *** ***** ************************************, stating they would have one done up for me asap. On June 24th, I hadn't received anything, so I reached out to **** about the sweatshirt as there were only a few days left of school. I did not receive a reply, so I emailed again on June 29th and asked that the sweatshirt be delivered to my home as school was now over and provided my address. **** replied on the same day stating the sweatshirt would be delivered to my home the following week. On Aug 13th, I had not received anything, I contacted ****, and the previous email on the receipt (wendyv@aboveandbeyondpromotions.com) as well as the owner of the company **** *** ***** ************************************ and asked for a refund, and provided my email for an e-transfer. As of Aug 18th, I've not heard from the company, nor receive a refund via e-transfer. The order# NUCEF Total: $48.59Business response

The sales rep was well aware of the fact the wrong size was sent originally and we said we would replace it but at the point he told her it was on backorder (which as we all know with supply chains broken from Covid) was an issue.
It still is not in stock beyond our control, she still has the wrong size it was not returned to us. She did send an e-mail to us just last week and said she would like a refund, which is fine but we do not have her telephone number nor do we keep credit card numbers on file. If she felt this way we are very accessible my telephone Monday thru Friday fromo 8 to 4.30 p.m. which she could of called and gave us her credit card number so we are able to make the refund.
Our sales rep has just sent her another e-mail asking for her to call us so we can refund her and pick up the wrong size.
