Prepaid for snow removal for Nov 1 2022 - March 31 2023. Contract says they will come within 24 hours to remove more than 5 cm of snow. On Wednesday Feb. 22, 2023, we received ~20 cm of snow on our driveway. They still have not come as of today (Feb 25, 2023). Attempted to call but goes right to voicemail. No replies to text messages either.Business response

So what I did was I contacted the customer he told me he wanted me to go out and plough the snow for him. We went out and ploughed it for him
But before I can’t talk to him and went to Plough that Snow, I offered him a 50% refund. I also asked him what we can do to make things better.
This last snowfall that we had we went out and we ploughed it twice for him. We went out the morning of the snow and then the following day we ploughed it again.Customer response

Not true. It was already plowed (I arranged for this days later when they did not show).

I also asked him what we can do to make things better."He did ask me what they can do to make things better and offered me a refund, but did not say what percentage (*** **** ******** * *** **** **** ** ************* ***** **** *********).
"This last snowfall that we had we went out and we ploughed it twice for him. We went out the morning of the snow and then the following day we ploughed it again."This is not true. Last snowfall was March 3rd and they came on March 5th, only once and it was afternoon.
Going forward, it is best they issue a 50% refund by cheque in my mailbox so that this can be closed.

Hello there we sent him a $250 refund which is about 50% of what he paid. I sent it to my new transfer so I have proof of it.Customer response
