I bought candles and vases sets. About 98% of the vases came damaged, although the shipping boxes were not! and it was all wrapped up properly so it wasnt due to bad packaging they just shipped me damaged vases in boxes, When i tried to contact them their first response was do you want a refund or a replacement no other instructions. i tried to email them again asking for more information. for a week + no response even tried to call and left a voicemail. Finally they responded by telling me i had to pay for shipping to reship their damaged vases that they sent me. so i need to pay for shipping (which will probably me more than what i paid for for them to ship me the goods, since the boxes will need to be huge to resend and i dont have a coporate account to ship) . So i have to pay for them shipping damaged glasses that are all scratched in order to get a refund. At this point all i want is a refund for the vases.
