Horrible customer service and inferior products. What is pictured on their website isn’t the product received. The stretch is falsely advertised as is the fit. Read the fine print as there are no refunds. B**** ****** **** ******* ********Review from Lesley G

I ordered compression socks and they are smaller than advertised. When I contacted Viasox, they claimed they do not offer refunds. Beware when dealing with this company, they do not stand behind their product!!!Review from Michael P

I purchased a medium and it was a perfect fit! I’m 5’1” and 180 pounds. I typically wear a size 6.5 or 7 in ladies shoes and in clothing I wear ladies 18 or 1X. With normal socks I have trouble with getting dents in my skin from the pressure and tightness and cuffs. This is completely nonexistent with these socks! They are super soft and stretchy Read more about review stating Best socks EVER! But go up a size!and surprisingly plush! They are perfect height for me hitting just at the knee crease. They also wash and dry very well. I noticed a tiny amount of shrinkage when they came out of the dryer but as soon I slid them back on my legs they returned to their full size and were just as comfortable as ever! I also ordered the mystery 2 pack and was very pleased with the fun patterns they gave me (kitty cats and teddy bears)! I will most definitely be making another purchase! Agree with the other review. There website has a tab at the top for "Refunds and Returns" and even when you click on that, it doesnt just come up and say "WE DO NOT DO ANY REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES" you still have to dig deeper into the website before you find that info. I think if a company does not do ANY refunds or exchanges, it should be e open about that from the start. Before you order it should have you click a button that says "I understand there are no refunds or exchanges" good luck using the sizing chart and hopefully getting the right size because if you dont you can not return them and they will not exchange them. I wasted over $100 on this company.Review from Deb B

Just found out I can't get a refund for my diabetic compression socks, I paid about 78.00 and they don't fit. Wish I had known this in the first place would never have ordered. They sure mislead you about the sizing I measured my leg and they are way too small. ***** **** * ****** ****** ** ******* **** *********
