      I placed a deposit with ****** * from Little Creek Tiny Homes for $10,000 at the end of 2021 and was searching for land to place the house throughout 2022 with regular contact with him and ********* (his architect). He has become unresponsive and no longer answers any calls since Jan 1, 2023. ** *** *** **** ******** *** ** ****** ******** ******* ** ****** If anyone can please help me recover my deposit I would really appreciate it.

      I hired them to design me a home with the expectation they would then build it. I requested references from previous customers several times and the owner said he “would think about who he could recommend” but *********** never gave me any references and then began ghosting me. It was July when he and his “architect, ********* ******** **** Architectural Designer Architectural Science, B.Sc, ***** **** *******, disappeared — or in modern day parlance, began ghosting me. After a month of trying to reach them both I received this, “We had a fire in the workshop about four weeks ago where one of the homes was destroyed and another damaged and our world has been consumed with paperwork since...********* will reach our to you at the beginning of the week.” Then radio silence again. By September I was ready to move on and find someone else to design and build me a home ******* ******* **** *** ****** * *****  They received $10,000 for me *** **** ** * ******* **** * *** ****** ******** **** * ****** *** ***** He claims that more than 66 hours were spent drawing the house floor plan* ***** ** * ******** **** *** *** **** ********** **** * ***** ******** *** **** **** ** ***** *** ****** I couldn’t use this to build a tinker toy replica! * **** ******** *** **** ******* ******** **** ***** ****** promised a “full set of architectural drawings,” nothing was ever received. I have requested an itemized bill several times but have still not received this.

      We were in the process of purchasing a tiny home from a builder ******* ***** ***** ************* ***************************** in Mississauga, Ont. We gave ****** ******* a down payment of $60,000.00. He promised delivery of the home on Aug.11,2022 this did not happen, then again on Aug.17,2022 this also did not happen. On Aug.18,2022 we received an email from ****** that he was ceasing operations of his company Little Creek Homes. We have had very little communication with him since.       In January of 2022 we ordered a Mini Home to be built pre-fab for us by Philip B. of Little Creek Homes. We paid a total of $107,000 CAD in two payments over the next month. In March of 2022, we dropped in to visit the progress and discovered the home was being built to blueprints with someone else's name on it and to a different layout. We were suspicious that he had sold the same house to 2 different families so we canceled our order. He said he would refund us within the next week. We officially canceled the order March 22, 2022. We did not receive any money from him the following week and spent the next 4 months being told a slew of lies and excuses and frequently had our numbers blocked by him so we had no contact. On July 4 he finally refunded us $25,000 and we were told we'd receive our next installment of the refund 2 days later. He kept delaying and giving new dates of when we would receive payment. We were told in July that an investor had purchased half of his business and as part of that agreement they would repay the debt owed to us. We were to receive a check on July 15th. Since then we have had our numbers blocked and have not received communication from him.       This is an unfair and unjust complaint. ****** and her husband ordered a home from Little creek homes is January 2022. Construction commenced and in March 2022 they verbally cancelled the order only to verbally reinstate the order three weeks later. They then verbally cancelled the order for a second time May 2022. **** *********** *** *********** ******** 

      We set to sell the custom partially completed home...we then had a fire June 7th which destroyed the home and terminated the purchase of their hones second buyer. Since June we have had zero income and are in the midst of filing for bankruptcy. We have insurance and an investor interested in picking up the pieces or Little creek homes. We sent ****** an email detailing that we are anticipating to have her 100% repaid by the end of August.
