Bought a microwave from ***** on Aug 24, 2023. A couple of days ago, the microwave stopped working. Went to the retailer to see if I could get a replacement but they informed me that I will have to contact PANASONIC CANADA directly. Contacted PANASONIC CANADA today. They said I would have to send the microwave to the closest service center in St. John's Newfoundland. I live 9 hours away and thus, cannot just "drop it off". PANASONIC stated in their chat that they don't cover shipping. I informed them that if the microwave manages to get fixed, the two-way postage would make the overall cost of the item more costly than what is it worth. If it cannot be fixed, then I am also at a lost because of the postage cost one-way. The postage cost maybe as much as just buying a new microwave! I purchased a Panasonic Lumix DC-TS7 online through ******* on January 30, 2022. It no longer turns on even though the battery says it’s charged. I contacted Panasonic support. They asked for a copy of the invoice. I forwarded my online order email from ******* and they replied saying that it did not include the details they asked for. ** ********** ***** I don’t have another invoice other than the online order email from ******* that states that it IS the invoice. This product stopped working after 10 months. I paid $499 for the camera. I am not seeking a refund. I’m looking for a repair or replacement. ********* ****** ***** ** ***** ******** ****** **** *** ** **** ********* *** *** *******
