I have ordered 4 chairs and a china cabinet from Penwood and after a long waid they delivered wrong colour chairs and incomplete cabinet which I can't use. We unfortunately had a misunderstanding to begin with when initially processing the refund with ****.
We have rectified everything with **** and the refund was given for the custom ordered chairs.We have been in business for almost 30 years and as a small family business, we pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service to everyone we deal with.
