Ludford took our 4boxes of things and he don’t give us back for on March 21/2023 to know we are not getting anywhere with him as thousand of Dollars of things missing as he ship our things Feb 2023 he over charge us to ship the things 3,250 cd we pay him for door to door delivery then he charge us 207,000jamaican $ to clear the things them we travel with them he took our passport # our trn # and we give him our Trevel allowance already $300.00 and the full $500.00 U.S.A. that is more than enough to clear use closet use bath tub new blender juicer , new 22curtains , shower curtains 4of them , 11sheet sets 4 spread , 20 air freshener Bath and body works lotions shower gel , spray , paper towels toilets paper lots of soaps Irish spring soap body wash , lotions aveeno , oil of Olay , big cooking oil , 50lb rice , flour, corn beef 24 out of 36 gone , sardine 11 only 1we got we only get one only , 2wheel caddy’s . So much things missing *** ** **** ** he said the charge from customs were 207 ,000jamaican and he took 20,000 off it he said I’d anything missing it’s Jamaican custom stool them but I saw a box in look just like our box with the red tape we use him , he said he will pay me back for my cushion missing from 2021 shipping of my patio so I bought it back and he gave me back the cash $ 70.00 cd , his lady worker in Jamaica Johnson she’s always busy missing things . He put some ****** ********* on our things in care , we only ship with Ludford shipping the 3rd time the other 2time before this missing things and he said it’s the jamaica customs stealing things but this time it’s a lot to lose our things we’re check by custom on the 17mar20/23 and custom charge us 67,000jamaican and $57,000 ja each me and my husband but Ludford said custom charge us 207pay 107,000 on the 21 th March them the custom unclear reciept show us we pay 67,000 and 57,000 every , we want our things back or our money and the things, Cleainigs things not happy

I have been shipping barrels to Jamaica with this company for years and always find items missing stolen or damaged . Two barrels were shipped in December … delivered to **** **** for pick up. Nearing the arrival date we contacted the company on a daily basis but was told it hadn’t arrived. Subsequently upon speaking to Mr. L. we were told the barrel had arrived the Saturday before Christmas We picked up the barrel with many items damaged and missing solar lights 3 containers of beverage crystals onions soap canned food etc sheets all removed a significant loss. . I complained to L. who is always busy n promised to return my calls but won’t take responsibility. I vehemently dried his staff had some involvement . I will not use this comp again not reputable and his staff at **** **** open the barrels and pilfer the contents. Not good mr L. shame on you

*****************************************************. We shipped barrels and furniture and appliances to Jamaica in August of 2021. We were charged $4000 CDN to ship our items to Jamaica. We sent them 6 weeks before we were going and were assured that they would be there before we arrived. They will delivered to us 3 days before we came home after alot of fighting and phone calls to find out where our shipment was. Ludford does not return phone calls and when you finally get him he ********** hangs up on you. Before he would deliver our goods he TOLD us to pay him $700,000 JA. Before it left Canada he assured us that it would not even come close to $500,000. We told him we don't have that kind of money. He reduced it to $500,000 and said "If you don't pay me, your stuff can sit on the wharf and rot". We had no choice but to pay him. We later found out that he only paid $48,000 in customs duties for the barrels and Customs in Jamaica have no record of the rest of our stuff. I have been asking him for a receipt but still have not received one. We later found out the reason he cannot provide us a receipt is because he sent it down to Jamaica in someone else's name to pay less in Customs duties. This guy has terrible customer service, does not answer or return phone calls unless it is a threat. After I spoke to Customs in Jamaica he phoned me yelling about how dare I call Customs. If you are running a legit business, why would it bother you so much that I called customs?? *************************************************************** ********
