We gave the movers $2000 cash which they requested upon arrival. The showed up in a ***** truck not a professional truck. They filled up 1/4 of the truck then unloaded the items at the new house. They said they would go back to get the rest of the items but didn’t. We never saw them again. They worked from 10-1 which would be $525 but then we called the owner he said he has to charge 6 hours plus an hour travel time. But they did not work they simply left after the first 1/4 load. They owe us $1475. And to be honest because now we have to beg for access to get into a home we no longer own they should pay us back the whole $2000.Business response

Attn: ****** * hope this email do well Right Away Movers Luis P. in context to a move it was booked for November 28 arranged truck with 3 men, for 10:00 am, we made 2 calls to customer to confirm for scheduled moving, when truck and crew arrived they notified us another moving company started loading their furniture, there after they had us loading part of their garage and patio miscellaneous belongings, they were told we have a minimum 6 hrs labour hrs plus travelling time 1 hr coming back to our depot and HST, which it was paid 2000 dollars prior to loading, and unloading, not coming back as it’s mentioned due to having 2 moving companies at their premises
