They were aware of my returns but they were held in customs for several weeks. I mailed the return within the return window but customs is out of my control. Currently, they have over $3000 of my money and their merchandise. They are refusing to refund me yet they are reselling the returned merchandise on their website. They have had my returned items since January 11th and have made no attempt at refunding *** ** **** **** *** ********* ** ********** I returned my items on December 12th via ****. I want my refunds. You have your products back and you are currently reselling them on your website so please ** *** ****** ***** *** refund me. I contacted them today for help and that’s when I found out that they received the returns but they will not be refunding me. Regarding following purchases December 1, 2022 order ***** $1257.00 December 1, 2022 order ***** $1320.26 December 7, 2022 order ***** $629.10 This company owes me $3206.36 in refunds.
