This is an ongoing case since 25 APR 2018. The 1st time visiting the shop regarding the issue. There was an engine light on the dashboard, and taking the ML350 to Oakville Mercedes, it is advised that the NOX sensor was changed, and the total spending was 5672.08 CAD including tax, invoice # XXXXXX. The 2nd time visiting the shop, the Engine light was on again, 10 JUL 2018, invoice # XXXXXX, and the Control unit were changed Total spend was 839.03 CAD. The 3rd time visiting the shop, The engine light was on again, 27 AUG 2018, Invoice # XXXXXX, and the pressure sensor were changed, Total spend was 1240.36 CAD. The 4th time visiting the shop, The engine light was on again, 06 AUG 2019, Invoice # XXXXXX, Severs and the engine light was on again, Total spend 1014.18. The 5th time visiting the shop, The engine light was on again, 07 AUG 2019, Invoice # XXXXXX, and the pressure sensor was changed again, AD blue tank heater was replaced, Vacuum pump replaced, Total spend 2881.10 CAD. The 6th time visiting the shop, The engine light was on again, 20 SEP 2019, invoice # XXXXXX. replace pressure sensor at no cost. The 7th time visiting the shop, The engine light was on again, 22 OCT 2019, invoice # XXXXXX. The Main Catalytic converter was replaced, pressure line, pressure sensor, airline, charge air distribution, Total spend of 6796.24 CAD. The 8th time visiting the shop, The engine light was on again, 11 Dec 2019, invoice # XXXXXX Drive test, no cost. The 9th time visiting the shop, The engine light was on again, 16 Jan 2020, invoice # XXXXXX Total cost 57.13 CAD The 10th time visiting the shop, The engine light was on again, 23 Jan 2020, invoice # XXXXXX Power voltage maintain, meter valve replaced, Total cost 159.92. The 11th time visiting the shop, The engine light was on again, 18 FEB 2020, invoice # XXXXXX Total cost 350.85 The 12th time visiting the shop, The engine light was on again, 10 MAR 2020, invoice # XXXXXX No cost. due to the characters remaining.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/29) */ Hello Mr. ** - the comments you provided, along with attached invoices, are all accurate, approved by you, and we fulfilled the repairs, some of which included senior technical support from Mercedes-Benz Canada. Most of the work done is unrelated to the Field Measure claim and, because your vehicle has not yet been released for a replacement of the emission-related components, we are not able to offer you any resolution for a refund other than you will be eligible for a credit on some of the components that have been repaired in the past, and you will receive a 4 year/80,000km warranty for many of the replaced components. All of this information has been communicated to you on several occasions. You are asking for a refund greater than the field measure claim and this will require you contacting Mercedes-Benz Canada directly. We are merely facilitating the repair(s) and are not part of the negotiation process for a claim greater than applicable. We hope this written response satisfies your concerns.
