      was unaware of the company and its record of rampant ***** prior to placing an order. I ordered an item that I was unaware has been discontinued by the maker several years ago. I Attempted to cancel the order and received an email stating that its too late and they ordered this item from another entity. What a ******! Obviously now I'll have to initiate a claim for 200.00 from my credit card company

      On July 12th 2023 I attempted to purchase (4) 20oz paintball Co2 tanks from hero outdoors' website. The product showed "in stock", I placed the order, paid with ******, and the transaction went through. About 20mins later I received a phone call saying my order could not be fulfilled because the product I ordered had been discontinued. The employee I spoke to said she "wasn't sure how I could have purchased a discontinued item", but said there was another product available but at a cost difference. I said id prefer a refund and was advised I should email their sales department through the website for a refund. I did so as soon as I got off the phone with the employee. I received an email the next business day offering an additional 10% as in-store credit if I chose not to "cancel" my order. There was a few more emails and details exchanged, but in the end I still requested a refund. After being told it was sent off to their financial department, I received no communication regarding the refund or when I might receive it. I called the store today to ask about the details of my refund and was told "call back at the end of next week". ***** ******* ****** ** ******** ******** ** ******* ******** ******** ******** *** ***** *** ***** ** ***** *** ******* ** ** **** ** ***** ******** ** * ****** ****** **** ** *** ***** **** * ****** **** * ****** ***** * ******** ******* * **** ** **** ** **** ***** **** ***** *** **** * ***** ***** ** ***  My order number is ****** and the order total was $140.07. Initially it showed in the cart that it qualified for free shipping, but when I placed the order, there was a $2.04 charge applied labeled as "route package protection" which I was told was essentially shipping insurance.

      Terrible shipping & customer service experience. Ordered airsoft parts, listed as IN STOCK, after my order sat "awaiting fulfillment" for 2 weeks, I asked about it and turns out some items were back-ordered. They answered promptly and offered an additional 10% store credit, so I thought I'd give them another chance and place another order for similar parts. Again, my order sits as "awaiting fulfillment" for two weeks, so I decide I've had enough and ask for it to be cancelled. Turns out Hero is "unable to cancel an order after it is placed" (when that was exactly what was done on my first order) *** *** **** * **** ** ***** ******** * ****** ******. I'd like my order(s) completely cancelled and a refund issues for the total spent of $301.08.

      I ordered a ******* *** optic on April 1st 2023 and have been waiting almost 3 months for Hero Outdoors to fulfill my order, I have contacted them repeatedly and keep getting the runaround. They have failed to meet their obligations and for all intents and purposes ****** my money. I was never shipped my Item.

      I ordered 4 knifes , switchblade comb pack , and a knife sharpener online from buisness Hero Outdoors on may 3rd 2023 . I was charged $253.77 and was taken from bank account on May 6th 2023. My order status hasn't changed from awaiting fullfilment in over 30 buisness days . When I asked about what was going on just told me that they were bringing the products over from U.S from there storage and the item was in customs. After waiting over 30 buisness days I requested a refund for failure to ship/deliver within 30 buisness days . I have not received a response. I'm hoping you can help me with my problem .       Last month I paid close to 70 dollars for a rifle part. My package was stolen from my front door and upon attempting to contact Hero Outdoors through phone and email for a refund I was left without a reply. I just want my money back since Hero Outdoors couldn't have been bothered to use a reputable delivery service like ****** ****. I ended up going through a private deal to obtain the part I needed. Absolutely will not be recommending the services of Hero Outdoors to anybody going forward.

      I paid $53.53 to Hero Outdoors on Jan26th, first they said up to 19 business days then changed it to 30, well that came and went, keep making excuses, 3 or 4 weeks ago said it was crossing the border. How long can that take? It is getting towards 2 months and they won't refund my money.

      They advertise stock they dont have. Not the first time this has happened. I just want my moon clips I ordered months ago.

      Ordered a knife that was immediately removed from the store, merchant told me the item had been discontinued and linked me to another, more expensive item suggesting I get that instead. They have not issued a refund.

      I ordered from Hero Outdoor with price of almost a hundred dollars. on Jan 6th 2023. Recently I don’t want this item now. The order status is still awaiting. Thus I asked refund. I sent emails with no response. Later Jan 12th 2023, I made a phone call asking about refund. They refused any refund with a reason that my ordered items are going out from their warehouse telling me to wait for about a month without refunding any money.
