Please cancel our Auto and Home as of May 1st,2022. You will receive not even one penny from us again. Good Luck with your other customers. I have will be submitting 2 Better Bureau Complaints if this is not done and I have advised my bank to stop all payments from your company. I WANT a confirmation email sent right away of this or will next pursue legal matter against your company. I have records of all email trials and details of the dispute against your company. After 10 years it has been a nightmare past 2 years with ******. She has been a delinquent agent we have come across in the entire 10 year period. I will advise my family who have insurance with last name ****** to change from your company and let social media know of the experience. I have checked google reviews shocked to see so many bad reviews in the past 2 years. You just lost a valued customer due to your lack of regard and horrible customer satisfaction. As the vice president of operations, its so disappointing that you could not even get back to me. My wife ****** ****** received her G license yesterday and we have been asking ****** to provide us with the policy claim amount that is reduced based on her receiving her full G license. Our policy is up for renewal on Monday, May 1st and we have not heard anything back. We do not want to be locked in to another agreement with your insurance company until we know what our rate will be monthly. Additonally, we need to ensure that our insurance broker responds in a timely manner. We either want to switch agents as we no longer want ****** as our insurance broker, or we will find a new insurance company if I do not hear back before end of day today. She never responds to emails or questions and after 10 years of being with you I have had enough. If I do not hear back by today, I will be contacting other insurance companies.Business response

We thank Mr ****** for sharing his feedback and are sorry his experience with ***** ****** **** * ***** did not meet his expectations. We've taken all his comments very seriously and to ensure we understand all aspects of the situation, I personally reached out to him last week. I left a message but have not heard back. We are working with Mr. ****** to resolve this situation and as requested by Mr. ******, have provided his insurance company with direction to cancel his policy. It is my understanding the policy has been cancelled with a full refund and this issue has been resolved. If this is not the case, I would appreciate if Mr. ****** would return my call and speak to me directly.Customer response

Hello ******,
I appreciate you taking the time to leave me a voicemail and comment on the BBB. I listened to your message and read your comment, and I wanted to inquire about the refund and when/how it will be issued.
Once I know I have received the refund and receive confirmation of cancellation, then I will mark the BBB claim as resolved with comments added based on our resolution.
I hope as well that you have provided feedback to ****** for her lack of customer service as she is the sole reason we have chosen another insurance company for our home and auto.

*** ******** automobile and property insurance policies have been cancelled effective May 1, 2022 as per the confirmation attached. A total refund of $413.19 is being deposited directly into *** ******'s account. With regard to the service level *** ****** received from his Account Manager, ******, we take his feedback seriously and will follow up internally.
