      *** Delivery personnel are in dire need of customer service training and training related to providing services to vulnerable populations. Delivery drivers and installers are entering the homes of disabled people and seniors, all whom are vulnerable in multiple ways. These representatives of *** should be required to have an Ottawa Police Record's Check for Service to Vulnerable populations. After dealing with multiple drivers it is very clear that they are just drivers or delivery guys. This week I was completely traumatized by a super aggressive driver for ***. He was big and hammered on my door with his FIST like he was going to tear it down. He was loud and aggressive and demanding. He scared me. He arrived early to the scheduled time and some one let him in my building, so I didn't expect anyone then. I was just waking up and his aggressive behaviour really threw me. It has been a few days since that happened and I still feel traumatized. He is *** DRIVER 44 ********* ********** and he should not be allowed near any seniors, disabled people or anyone who is vulnerable. He is very aggressive. Also the drivers are intimidating people to keep products they don't want or need instead of returning them. I had this experience with 3 seperate driver/ delivery people from ***. They even lied to me telling me that the products had already been paid for which was not They did not want to allow for trying the product immediately and returning it when it was not suitable. They didn't want a return. This has been the worst experience I have had with a company in ****** in the 30 years I have lived here. Terrible, rude, intimidating people.

      A request for a paperwork needed filled insurance reimbursement of a wheelchair purchased in may of 2021 still has not been provided after several request. It appears as if the interaction of OMS and the *** program personnel do not fulfill each other's requirements to make that happen.

      OMS Quality team has received notification of your Customer Review. A communication has been sent to the Customer Care Supervisor for further investigation. Quality Team will be provided with a follow up response by Dec 20.

      OMS submitted the *** application on July 2 and received an approval on Aug 16 (approval can take up to 12 weeks). Corrections were required as two items that were on the applications were not included on the approval. OMS resubmitted and received a new approval in October with one item missing. Our Sales Support Coordinator provided updates on the status of the application with each inquiry by the client/spouse. The omissions/corrections were cause for delays as well as any unforeseen challenges presented by the pandemic. To expedite the billing process, OMS has issued a credit note for the headrest hardware (the one item missing from the second approval). The client portion paid will be reflected in the client’s account. OMS has invoiced *** for the approved items. *** does not provide a payment date. The client file has been flagged to contact the spouse as soon as OMS receives payment.
