Purchased their highest quality cover for my 35 ft trailer. It did not last through one winter. Straps are stitched close to edges and do not hold. Four of the Straps broke free and the whole cover ripped right down the center. The whole thing was then lying on the ground around the trailer. Very poor design and craftsmanship. We purchased this cover because their site states FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY. Once we contacted them and sent them pictures, we were informed that it is more of a prorated warranty. They informed us that we would have to pay $250 to get a replacement. This is NOT a full lifetime warranty as stated on their site. I am not going to pay $250 for another cover that will not last. ***** ****** ** **** ***** advertisement and also their poor quality and craftsmanship. ***** * *** ** * ***** Unhappy Camper The purchase and delivery was fast and easy, then downhill from there. I purchased the 23-26 for my 24' Class C, after installing it, I found the fit to be extremely loose but I guess that's normal. While securing straps, I noticed the stitching had missed a seam, not in a critical area but still tried to return it, but nothing but hassle. Left it covered for 5 days while away on vacation, when I returned, I unzipped a panel to access the house batteries to remove them, that's when I noticed water dripping on the side, then lifted the front to remove the engine's battery, the hood was soaked, was dripping from the roof area. I removed it as it would have caused more damage than if left uncovered. Started the process of trying to return it, nothing but hassle, they offered me 20% discount to keep it. At this point, I wanted to dry it to box it up, so I hung sections at a time in my garage, at some point, I found another seam that was open, this one at least 4" and it was at the top near the front, so likely the source of my water issue. Tried to return it again, was offered 40% off at this point, or full refund but I had to pay for the return, **** quote was $124, so I decided to keep it, but regretted it as it is totally useless, tried to contact them again in hopes that they would make it right and stand behind all their promises, but no answer!! ****** ******* **** ** * **** ** **** *** **** *** *** ***** * ******* * *** ******* ** ******* *** * *** ***** *******

Purchased 23-26' cover for 24' Class C motorhome. Cover come missing one triangle fabric and latch piece noticed during first install. Also cover would not tighten properly at the rear of motorhome after strapping fully tightened, not other way to route straps to prevent flapping in wind unless more straps purchased. Even if more straps purchased no provisions to hook on. Rvcover.** defect policy states they will pay for return shipping if defective when received. We did not want another cover since they have no sizes to fit our unit, we found out they will only pay for return shipping if we take a cover in return. Makes no sense to have a cover that won't fit. Be cautious of how good the website sounds as they will not stand behind their policy. Spent 1 1/2 weeks fighting, finally paid return shipping and waiting on refund. We do not recommend this company.

Hi I wish I had read these reviews before making a purchase from RV Cover. Because they say all good reviews on their site and they are a Canadian company I decided to go ahead and purchase their 5L top of the line cover for my 5th wheel. What a piece of junk 5l they say ?? it is maybe a dust cover at best. I tried to talk to a human at their warranty department. No they don’t talk to people on the phone just email. That will be my last purchase on line with companies that can refund or talk to people. So ****** will be where I shop if not in person.????

Is not something we can lightly afford on top of the monthly RV payments, but wanted to protect our investment. Believing the 'lifetime' warranty, I tucked box away for my husbands birthday. He opened this past Sat and we were sick to our stomachs at the 5 star/FIVE LAYER???' 'paper towel' they sent to protect our rv. It was literally JUNK. My husband ripped in two places just slightly tugging to straighten the fabric. I contacted them right away...fully aware that anything they offered at this point could not possibly undo the obvious '****'. No one with an ounce of credibility would put their name on this *************...it is honestly THAT bad. Also, despite their CANADIAN COMPANY...and Canadian this and Canadian that...it has a made in China label right on it. Well they offered to send me new (*************?) at MY COST of another 95$. WOW. SO even better...we went to the back yard THE NEXT DAY...the entire cover was shredded to pieces and hanging by small swatches. Honestly...this couldn't have been a 'mistake'...this cover was absolute junk from the get go. *************************************. What a disgrace. Oh I am HAPPY to send pictures of box, cover, installed and now hanging in shreds to anyone interested.

What a Dreadful experience!!! I had purchased an rv cover for a recently purchased RV I installed cover on October 10/2021. On Dec 14/2021 I went to check on my rv which is on a seasonal lot in Upper Lakeville NS.The cover was completley off as all the stiching in the fabric had let go at the fasteners. I contacted the company RVCOVER.CA and they agreed cover was unrepairable but would not refund my money but would send me another cover if I paid $95 Shipping.I replied That I did not want a replacement of similar cover because the quality was insufficient to protect my $70000 RV. I was told" A refund is not an option as the cover is not in a state that it can be returned and the only course of action is a replacement". I Contacted company today February 11/22 and was again told that they wont refund .I said that they Advertise "Unlimited Lifetime Warranty" They said we will send a replacement if you pay $95 shipping" I said I was not interested in one if the quality was the same.Thats All they would do. I just want my money back to purchase an adequete cover to protect my investment in my RV. The Quality is sorely lacking and I purchased this particular cover because it looked top notch and was covered by unlimited lifetime warranty. I Think buyers are being purposefully misled and their policy is to sell an overpriced product and just send out replacements to the ones that are foolish enough to send them $95.

RV cover.ca canada.************* the RV covers are cheap material made out of a face mask material. Our rv cover lasted 1 month before it started ripping. 2 months later it ripped at the seam right off the rv.... the company will not replace the rv cover unless you send in another $95 for shipping. The cost to buy a 28ft rv cover is $469.52 for very very cheap a product. Its a waste of money. rvcover.ca canada is a bad company

This was an all inclusive bad experience. We first ordered a cover about 2 months ago and were told they had the cover in stock and we would be receiving it in 1 one. Every 2 weeks after this we called to check on our order and they would also tell us that it was backordered and should arrive in a week. This went on 4 times. When it was clear that customer agents are selling out of stock parts and being unclear about arrival times we decided to cancel our order. After calling several times to reach a manager we found the manager unapologetic and even insulting. He first refused to give us a refund as we did not have our order number even though every other sales agent was able to look up our order with our personal information. After some insisting he finally gave in and looked up the order. He processed the refund but not before calling us out and insulting us. I am not sure what we did wrong, giving a company 2 months to provide something they promised within 1 week. This was absolutely ridiculous and such a waste of time. ****************************************************** recommend the BBB review this message to consider if the company is operating in a respectful manner.
