Yesterday (22 June 2023) I received a letter from Saadi Law at 6065 Yonge Street, North York ON. The letter is on behalf of *** ***********, and demands payment for a bill I never incurred. I thought this was unusual since I have never been contacted by *** ***********. I began looking around the internet and found two other people here in BC who had just recently received the exact same letter - exact same dollar amounts, same creditor, but different account numbers. (I have copies of both letters). When I checked my credit score I found there was indeed a delinquent claim from *** ********** on there. With a bit more searching I found a pattern ** ***** using this same method from these two companies going back at least 10 years. It appears that the letters are mostly sent to people in BC and Alberta. It should also be noted that the physical address they demand you send payment to is the office of *** ***********, so it would appear that the two companies are working **** **** together.Review from Greg H

Is this a real lawyer? If so, it's hard to believe that they have not been shut down by LSO/AG, as it appears their entire business is based on sending threats to sue and never following up. In my particular case, they have sent dozens of notices about a debt that I did not incur. I contacted them and their client twice and provided my lawyer's contact information, and they have subsequently sent more notices which is a blatant violation of the law. They need to serve me with a lawsuit or stop contacting me, but they've done neither.Review from Dakota B

Recieved a letter April 1st 2022 that was dated March 10th 2022 and it says if I don't pay them for a credit card debt that was written off 2yrs ago by the company that they will "take further legal action and garnish my wages seize assets etc ". This company has NEVER called me and ************* wrote the debt off after they also closed my account without knowledge.
************* never sent it to collections and I reported my sin and credit to trans union and credit karma since these guys sent this onto my credit BEFORE this letter was even sent to me. February 25th 2022 it shows on my credit as a collections debt and this letter is dated MARCH.Review from Laurie T

These ridiculous people tried to get 12k from my 90 year old father. He has lived with me for the past 20 years and has no credit cards. ************************ Really glad my father checks with me when people demand money from him.Review from Janice G

Just received an alarming "settlement offer" for my supposed $12k debt for a card I've never had and warned to pay $5K in 7 days.....absolute rubbish! I sure hope there are no seniors or newcomers falling for this dirty trap :/
