My husband and I have been calling, leaving messages, and emailing this company since Aug. 8/2022. The issue concerns a hot water tank installed by Clement that's leaking. We've been looking to have the tank either replaced or repaired prior to the warranty expiring. After multiple phone messages being left for them over a six week period they finally contacted us on Sept. 26/2022. We were told to email **** **** ******** *** ****** directly and provide photo's of the hot water tank, including the date of installation tag, and serial number of the tank. We emailed this information on Sept. 27/2022. We've never heard back from them in spite of the fact we've once again left multiple phone messages. We made it perfectly clear when they called us, and in our phone messages that the warranty of our hot water tank expires on Oct. 15/2022. Today is Oct 14th and our warranty expires tomorrow. After nine weeks of attempting to have out hot water tank repaired or replacement [while under warranty] we're no further ahead than we were in early August.

Good Morning,
We did contact the Customer by e-mail this morning.The tank is warrantied until oct 31 2022. I did receive confirmation from my supplier
The are not the original customer when we installed the tank back in 2014.The never had any service done since installed eiher.
We will take care of them
