      If I could give 0 stars I would. I was told ******** would try to debunk any review I put online. Ask yourself, who do you believe? A customer with nothing to gain and seems to match previous reviews on the business, or a business owner trying to save her reputation. I purchased an engagement ring from this business that was meant to have a lab diamond in the center and natural in the band. This was agreed upon by both parties. Their own appraiser showed that the diamonds in the band were lab, not natural. This isn't what I paid for. The ring was appraised as well for less than half of the purchase, the size was wrong, and there was no stamp on the metal to show the quality. Over the course of about a month and a half, she offered me to replace the diamond in the center to a smaller natural one (not what I wanted from the beginning), she offered to sell it in her store and give me the money if she does (my fianc would then be walking down the isle with no ring on her finger), and at the very end, after continuously lying to me and giving false promises, to swap the diamonds in the band for natural ones. Obviously after all of this, I refused and asked for a full refund. Which, in *******, under the consumer protection act, I am fully allowed to do within a year of purchase if the product is not what I asked for. Plain and simple, this is a fraudulent sale. Do not do any business with this company. On top of all of this, she repeatedly told me to sue her if I wanted a refund, and when explaining the violation of the act, said to me, "well if thats the case, you have a pretty clear-cut lawsuit and it should be easy for you. On the bright side, her employees are all absolutely lovely people, and were nothing but nice to me the whole time this was occurring. This will forever overshadow my engagement for the rest of my life, and for someone to be willing to destroy a happy moment for a couple to maintain a profit should not be handling this type of business.

      I purchased my Wife's engagement ring and wedding band as a set in October 2021, and we were engaged in Novemeber 2021. In August 2023 she had to have a stone replaced from her engagement ring. We were Married September 16, 2023 and within 8 hours of wearing her wedding band a stone had fallen out. We took it to Brian Davis Jewlers where the new owner first accused us of hitting the ring off something causing the stone to fall out. After disputing that claim she then went on to tell us the ring was "a lemon" and that the scallop stone holder was to blame for losing a stone and we would continue to lose stones for as long as she wears this ring. We were told they send their repairs on Friday and receive them a week later, she forgot to send the ring that Friday and didn't tell us until we came looking for it the following week. When I went to pick up the ring she tried to get me to sign a disclaimer that stones would continue to fall out of the ring due to the type of stone holder. We got a second opinion on the repair job from another Jewler in town and they were very disappointed in the poor quality workmanship. They used the wrong type of gold to repair the ring, there are clear surface defects on the repair, there was no hallmark on the ring and we were told it's very likely that we will lose another stone because of the poor quality repair Our entire experience has been beyond disappointing and frustrating.

      It is true that any diamonds set in a scallop setting are not very strong at all. The diamonds and setting are so small that I don't recommend wearing them doing any type of work. We did not make the ring, this ring was manufactured. Buyers please be aware of these types of rings. I apologized to the customer "David P********* MOM" and replaced the diamond twice at no charge even though it was past the one year guarantee, I also gave them a $100 gift certificate. Again I'm very sorry they had to go through all of that!
