****** ****** quoted a price of $547.00 which included a 20 yard bin rental (drop off and pick up); weight of 2 tonnes, and tax. Drop off date July 7, 2023, pick date July 10th 2023. I agreed to these terms. On the day of pick up, he is requesting that I pay $950. The bin has not been picked up or weighed. There is no way the bin rental and terms above would suddenly cost $950. There was no weighing to determine excess weight. I researched their website for the price of a 20 yard bin rental, and mentioned to him that the price on website would cost less than the $547. Other businesses also have similar rental prices. Why $950 for no reason? He **** that his website is not working. ***** *** ******* ******* ** **** ******** ***** **** ** ********** I only agreed to paying the $547 that's within weight limit.Initial Complaint

Today is June 23rd. My interaction with City Waste Services (CWS) began on April 24th when I ordered a clean fill bin from ******, listed on both of his web sites for $475. I needed another bin so I called him and I get billed $988.88 to be paid by credit card + $250 deposit. Apparently, he charges $600 per bin, +10% environmental fee that's not listed anywhere, +$250 refundable deposit. When I called him to inquire about the discrepancies, he proceeded to call me a **** ***** ****** ** ** *** **** *** said he wouldn't pick up the bin until all his bill is paid in full via money transfer, another whopping $1849, ***** * ******** **** ***** *********** * ********* **** *** ****** *** ******* ** ** *** ** *** ***** *** The second bin remained on my driveway for 3 weeks waiting for ****** to send a pick up, damaging the driveway in the process, my contractors were getting paid for doing nothing as the driveway was taken up by the bin, they had since quit and I have yet to find a replacement. To this day, and after numerous attempts to get a refund, he did refund the original $988.88 but I'm still owed the $250 deposit, 2x the difference between the advertised $475 and the $600 I was charged = another $250 which he refuses to acknowledge saying both his web sites are wrong, and a well deserved apology for the treatment and profanities **** **** ****** ** ** ** ******. ****** **** ** **** *** ** **** **** **** ******* ** **** ***** ***** ***** ***** *** ******** ******, you owe me $500 and an apology!
