We purchased a New *** replacement transfer case from ****** through eNet Auto Parts on January 30th. It was to be shipped and del;ivered on or before Febuary 7th. I called eNet to confirm they had the part as my vehicle was at ****** ****** after extensive investigation and diag finding out it needed this transfer case. They ensured me over the phone and via email ***** * **** ******** as much coorispondence as possible. That the part was ready to ship. When it did not show up i contacted ****** who told me i had to contact and deal with the seller directly. They gave me excuse after excuse over the weeks till it was finally delivered Febuary 22nd. We had them deliver it straight to the dealership. As i was in a rental car this whole time and we needed it repaired. It being 2 weeks late. The dealership then installed said part and found it to be defective. ****** ****** then reached out to eNet to find out what could be done as i was on the hook for $1500 of installation on a faulty part. After going back and fourth with eNet and being threatened they are going to sue me and i better not contact ****** and other parties. We finally contacted ****** who said they could refund the part but as far as any other out of pocket expenses we have to discuss with eNet. "more to this out of wording if someone could contact me" Installed a faulty part car didnt even leave the dealership paid $1200 for part and another $1500 for labor and still have no vehicle. Installing a broken or defective part.
