Company did not clear my driveway of snow when required and did not answer email request for service. Eventually answered they were closed for the weekend and it did not snow enough to respond. However there was extensive snow accumulation over 3 days. I asked to speak to a supervisor. No response. I asked to end my contract because they failed to respond. They went dark and there was no reply after several further attempts to contact them.

What's Next?
Your work is done! I will be monitoring the radar for any potential storms over the next several months. My team will be dispatched as soon as we reach approximately 5cm (2") of snow in your driveway. Please note that our routes take an industry leading 4-5 hours to complete. As a general rule, if less than 5cm has accumulated by 5 or 6 P.M in a given day and the snowfall persists throughout the evening, we will wait until 3 a.m the following morning to head out and ensure you are cleared before 8 A.M that morning.
During a daytime cleanup run, our GPS based notification system will send you an email, call, and / or text 20-30 mins ahead of the tractor asking you to remove your vehicle from the driveway if you'd like a full clearing. These alerts will be sent based on the contact information you provided on our website. If you'd like to change how or which notification(s) you receive please let us know at any time.
