The owner of the business entered my home without my permission. She emailed me asking for permission to enter my home using the keypad pin and did not wait for me to respond. When I got home and seen that she had been in my house I asked her about it and she admitted to it. I asked for the invoice to be waived as I felt violated that she entered my home unscheduled and without permission. She has not responded.Business response

I have included the emails that were sent back and forth between ****** and myself. Please note that I do not know this person. i just met her recently and started to provide services. There were red flags when I met her. namely the last company I am told said to her and I quote "its not working out" information from ******. She has an attitude that things must be perfect i respect that and did my best to offer her exceptional services. Never before has this been a problem for anyone so i am pretty flabbergasted and really disappointed. It was not my intention to make anyone feel violated, I just wanted to clean her house properly so she would be happy. I really dont care about the bill it was one hour and this person is only stealing my time and energy and i want her to leave me alone. We will never provide services to her again in the future. I would appreciate it if you would consider letting this person know her actions are unreasonable and that is why she will not get any further replies from me. bad people getting away with bad behavior is the downfall for us all as we only damage our future world and hard working people like myself.
