      I am writing this review to let people know that I have purchased three Hyundai cars in the past years. I have always had amazing results with the sales team they are very prompt to my needs. My last car purchase I had a problem with one of the tires. The service manager **************** was so very helpful and worked promptly on getting my car tire looked at, fixed and ready for the road. Even having my car washed at the service department.. from beginning to end of my service experience, I was very happy. The coffee bar, your large TV on the wall. The cleanliness of the bathrooms Im very very impressed. You have a very happy customer. Thank you to all the hard-working staff @windsorhyundai Sincerely *********.

      I bought a car in December 2019, from this dealership. Discovered 2022 that the reverse lights did not work, July 2022 had a recall (worm gear) replacement , and asked to check reverse lights (not working ). 3 hours later the recall was fixed , they did check lights ( replaced bulbs ) but ran out of time , told to reschedule appointment. I cannot afford to take any time off from work right now. Disappointed and frustrated again, I called my mechanic (well established garage), and asked them to check reverse lights. I was not comfortable riding around the city with no reverse lights, its a safety concern !! After a whole day in the garage, I was explained what the task was to fix the problem . My mechanic showed me pictures of the power cord, unplugged from the unit and wrapped around the exhaust pipe. When i bought the car, they insured me with documents the car was safe, clearly it wasn't. government standards. I talked in person to Parts Manager, explained problem with pictures and documents, he insured that there would be a meeting with District Service Manager soon. I waited until August , I've called and left messages to Parts Manager , the 5Th time he returned my message claiming he is calling me back. I also called the District Manager and left messages, on the again 5th attempt , an executive answered the phone, I explained my frustration and he assured me that he would talk to District Manager and get back to me. I week later , still waiting I called (6th attempt) and the same executive answered the phone , explained my reason again for calling , he assured me that the matter was already resolved!! WHAT . I asked him ,how can a matter be resolved without returning your calls? Bottom line you sold me a car that was claimed safe (government standards) and clearly it wasn't..
