I ordered a pair of ballet slippers through the Malabar website on March 22, 2022 for a total amount of $40.46 paid by credit card. I was supposed to pick them up at the Toronto store location. When I didn't receive an email to tell me my order was ready for pick up, I called the Toronto store number listed on the website. All my calls went to voicemail. I visited the store and found it closed. All my emails to the store and to customer service went unanswered. I contacted Russel W. via email at the Ottawa location who told me the Toronto store closed last week. I asked how to get a refund and he said he didn't know because the two stores operated as separate businesses. I would like a refund for the ballet slippers I never received.Business response
