      Indigo parking valet at the ** hospital broke my window button off. No one has called back or emailed back. I should not have to pay for my car to get fixed because of their staff breaking my electronic window button. This isn't right.

      Received a parking ticket ******* despite provided a proof that I was shopping only that did not pay attention to register the car at the store. Once the Store Security told me to register the car, I have done so but it was after the ticket issued. Indigo reduced the penalty from $70 to $35 saying this is Admin Fee that I have to pay. It may mentioned that the 3 people I spoke to all of their tone was little rude. Since I was shopping and provide proof thereof the ticket should be waived in full. I find it ********* that I had to pay a penalty only not for paying attention to their sign.

      I ordered a book through the Indigo App for express pickup in the store. Days passed and I never received notice that the book was ready to pick up even though the local store had copies. I visited the store and was told that the store system showed my book as a shipped order. I showed the employee the app which correctly showed it as an Express pickup at the store. Their reply was "You'll have to request a cancellation through the app and just buy the book in store". So I did. Because of this I paid $7 more for the same book. Days passed and I was not refunded for the book that I ordered through the app. So I not only paid $7 more than I should have for the book in-store but I also paid for the copy that I never received. I made a complaint to Indigo and they agreed to refund me......for the CHEAPER copy of the book! When I made a second complaint they gave me a $20 credit on my online account. A credit I can only use by making purchases through their faulty app. I declined the credit and asked for a refund for the price difference between the in-store purchase and the app purchase. The reply I received was "Unfortunately, we are unable to process your request at this time". ** * ***** **** **** ***** * ****** ****** *** **** ***** *** ** *** ******* *********  Indigo should refund me the price difference between the in-store and app transactions (same book, same store, $7 increase in price!) and they should let me keep the $20 credit for all of the hassle and inconvenience. Frankly $20 isn't even enough.

      I had ordered several Christmas gifts, including a personal item for myself, all intended for delivery to my local store. However, upon receiving an email notification stating that my order was ready for pickup, I made arrangements to collect it. Unfortunately, despite patiently waiting for the other items to arrive in order to consolidate the pickup, they never materialized. After waiting for a considerable period without any updates or notifications regarding the pending items, I discovered that the ***** **** ****** **** was on sale online and could be shipped directly to my home. Seizing this opportunity, I promptly requested the cancellation of the pending store pickup for this item. Subsequently, I received assurance via email that the staff would remove the product from the store and process the refund. Regrettably, it has now been several days since this assurance was provided, and I am yet to receive any refund or further communication regarding the progress of the cancellation. This evening, to my dismay, I received yet another email notification prompting me to pick up the item that I explicitly requested to cancel due to the prolonged delay and lack of communication. This experience has been immensely frustrating and inconvenient, especially considering my prior positive encounters with Indigo's services. It's only $65 but still, your lack of customer service has definitely made me question to ever purchase from Indigo again.

      I ordered a book online *** ** ****** ******** and was told it would be in on Thursday Nov.23rd 2023. I went in early afternoon, and the book wasn't in yet. It did arrive later that day and since I lived out of town, I asked a friend of mine to pick it up for me on Saturday *** ** ****** ******** *****. Well, turns out they sent the wrong book and it turned out to be total disappointment. I called Indigo and they assured me they would ship the right book immediately and put a rush on it. I was hoping to receive it *** ** ****** ****** ******** ***** *** *** Nov. 28th. Got a notification that it wouldn't be delivered till the 29th, one day after *** ********* another disappointment. Just got a notification today that now it won't be in delivered till Friday!! Considering the book is coming from Toronto and delivered within Ontario, pretty sure they didn't put a rush on it. Still waiting for the book, and very disappointed on the level of care and service Indigo has towards their customers.

      They advertised a big sale Nov. 2-5, however when going to checkout, the site removes the sales on the last steps. **** ********** ** *** ***** ** ****** ***** *** ****** ** *** ************* *** Cannot order by phone, store won't do on-line orders either. **** **** ********** *** ****** ** ***** ***** *** **** ****** *** *** ****** ** ********* ** *** *** *** ** *********** Was able to get through to phone support and they told me I had to pay without the sales offer and then their billing would need to deal with it after 7-14 business days! **** *** ****** **** **** **** ***** ***** ******* ***** ****** ***** ** **** **** **** **** **** ** *** ******* **** ** **** * ******

      They ***** their return and refund process in the store. ***** ***** *** ******* for buy online and return in store ** **** I returned an item and they processed twice and ********* that it was successful *** ********** **** *** ***** ***** **** ****** **** *** *** *******  Customer services *** **** ******** *** claimed 7-10 business days for a simple inquiry with all receipts provided to them. The whole customer care service was terrible, ***** ********* *** ************ ** ******** ***** *** ******** ******** ** ****** ******** ** ********* * ***** ********* **** ********

      I ordered an item from indigo and they outsourced their shipping to ***************** which has routinely been known to require people to go somewhere for their items or not to deliver in a timely matter. They have a 1 star review on every review platform.
      Indigo only cares about getting money and not about the quality of their service. Buy local folks!
