We contacted salesman (T) about a ** and made arrangements with owner (J) to have the ** delivered 2weeks before completely paid with a $2000 deposit. the sale of the house fell through and I asked for a reimbursement refund at which time they told me no. Apparently they had to fix all the things that I found wrong with the ** itself and a valve had to be replaced before delivery, which was the end of the month, which was too late anyway they refused telling me it cost them money to fix everything and replace the valve and put the ** in my name as I had sent them my drivers license for that. I called service Canada and they told me if Ron Clark Ford had put the ** in my name I would have to sign the ownership back to them, so that was their first lie. Second is that I cost them money having to fix all the things wrong with the ** ( couch wiring smoked when used, awning arms broken, lights, need to be replaced in two places) the valve replacement are costs they incurred because of me. They wouldve incurred these costs anyway for the next buyer. I contacted them by phone and they were adamant that I was to get none of my deposit back and I think that not right they had to fix the problems anyway and they didnt do what they said they would do in delivering it early its not my fault. The house sale fell through this how they treat all potential buyers.Customer response

Spoke to JD the owner. He has told me that he will reimburse 1500 of the 2000 I gave him which was acceptable when the transfer comes through. I will email you again. He has promised us tomorrow morning by 10 oclock thank you very much for your help this issue should be resolvedBusiness response
