I bought a 2020 *** **** **** ** **** *** pick up from **** at Bennett Dunlop outlet in Regina Saskatchewan on July 13th 2024 and in just 5 days I’ve had to personally pay to get the air conditioning fixed, I found a fuel vent disconnected under the truck to hide the fact the Vapor canister isn’t operating properly causing engine lights and reduced performance, the truck itself died on my while out running errands and the dealership is avoiding answering my calls, the starter needs to be replaced, the Vapor canister needs to be replaced, the air conditioning is still not very good, I’ve replaced the faulty gas cap and I have tried to contact **** at the dealer countless times with no reply or attempt to correct the issuesBusiness response

To go back to the beginning of the sale, this vehicle was inspected to ensure the vehicle met all safety requirements while also performing repairs to the tune of $*******. During the time of the sale the vehicle was further discounted to fit ***** budget. We believe **** was aware of the type of vehicle he was buying based on the year, condition and mileage of the vehicle and further more following statements such as ' i work for ** **** as a Heavy Duty mechanic'.
**** was also offered extended warranty, as all guests are, and declined the purchase.
We will offer a 15% discount on parts & service for the repairs he is requesting above providing these are performed and purchased at the dealership.
