Little B's proposal dated Sept 22, 2022 for concrete repair. Advance of $900.00 to "lock in price of materials" etransferred to Little B's on Oct 13,2022 when work was promised to start on Oct 19. Little B notified home owner on Oct 17 Little B delayed the work date because of a "family situation". On Nov 3 Little B promised to start the work early the next week (Nov 7). On Nov 8 Little B stated would be "at your place on Sat morning" (Nov 12) but did not say if that visit was to talk, to plan or to work. On Nov 8 home owner replied asking to cancel the job and return deposit. After the home owner cancelled Little B stated they could have the work done by Monday meaning that they would only work on the weekend. This was not acceptable to the home owner. On Nov 16 home owner requested return of deposit again via etransfer. No response. There has been absolutely no work done. No evidence of any materials purchased (and if they were they can be easily returned). The deposit must be returned.Initial Complaint

The owner doing the work never supplied the product after it was paid and also never cleaned up his mess or came back to finish the job. Most of all never replied to calls or texts. Ghosted the client. I found out through other clients that this guy was doing it to them too.
