I contacted **** with Fenrir Studios via ******** on July 31/2022. Via chat we agreed to meet and he came onsite to do a quote on August 3/22. After that meeting date communication continued via text .I was quoted 10900 to complete the job ( being kitchen with a sink countertop, stove countertop, large island, dining room tabletop, bar top and bathroom vanity top.)**** requested 30 % down. August 12 i sent 3270.00 via e transfer for a deposit. **** contacted me to come back to the site on august 11. i met him on site. At this meeting **** took templates and information to proceed making the product. Was then contacted that he would like to come to site for partial delivery on september 15. i agreed, he rescheduled for the 18th, i agreed. He then resechduled for september 19, i agreed. He came on site and delivered partial products. ( sink and stove and island counter). He said he would be bringing the final products in 2 weeks time. October 8 he requested to coming in the following week and asked for remainder payment. the bill was a total of 11,400 at this point, and with the deposit, remainder was 8200. when he came on oct 17, multiple products were not able to fit, he made a commitment to being back in 2 weeks with revised countertops, I did give him the $8200 , and at this point he was paid in full, and the full product was not delivered. I have contacted him 8 different days since then where he has said he would be there to deliver and has not showed up. At this point he is paid in full and our countertops are not finished as promised.
