I purchased a battery 2 years 9 months ago. The warranty on the receipt clearly states the battery has a 3 year warranty. They told me that the battery is only supposed to have a 2 year warranty and that was a mistake by who ever sold me the battery put 3 year by accident and will not honor their warranty.Initial Complaint

I paid 200.00 for a alternator at Partsource ******************* I took my car and the alternator to my garage..***************************************************************** called me up and he said I have the wrong part... He said the numbers were correct but the part was the wrong one.... I needed a mounting bracket at 2.5 inches... I had only a 2 inch mounting bracket...Al said what do I do.. I needed a way to get back to PartSource so I told Al to install the original alternator and I would exchange the wrong one for the correct one.. he charged me 156.80 for labor.. PartSource exchanged the part with the 2.5 inch mounting bracket.... PartSource told me to contact the manufacturer about the 156.80 bill to get my labor money back.. I did this and got the run around....I called *************** and I was treated like **** by a woman... I called PartSource back and the manager named Don ******* told me to call back the manufacturer and I did.. I talked to Bill...Bill gave me the run around... I called Bill back and I asked to speak to the supervisor in charge.. the phone rang around 20 times with no answer and no message to leave a message... again I got the run around.....I was sold the wrong part and no one will help me... why should I have to pay to have the wrong part sold to me.**************************** I did my part by purchasing an alternator and yet I was sold the wrong one.. the parts no. was correct and the wrong part was sold to me... their fault but yet no one will help me. I have the receipt from the garage with writing stated that the part sold to me was incorrect... can you please help me with this.*******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************Business response
