I purchased my truck end of December 2022 since then my truck has had nothing but problems Had a wheel alignment backul camera fixed and fog light fixed backup camera Endup going back 5 times fkr a wheel alignment was still wrong backup camera was wired wrong ended up going to tire shop for another wheel alignment that I hD to pay and asked merlin to reimburse said no and had to purchase new tires as they ended up cupping really bad only put on 3000kms on truck cost me another $2200 now engine lights on and got plug changed cost me more money. Asked merlin to return truck and no one will talk to me said they call .Business response

We have reached out to Mr ******* to discuss this matter further and he is open to coming to the dealership and meeting with our Manager of Used Car Sales to come to a positive out come. We expect this to take place in the near future but the truck is at another dealership for repairs and we are unable to evaluate it. When it has been evaluated i will report back to the BBB regarding this complaint.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********I received a call from Manger on apr 21 and talked and ask if I would send some receipt to him for all the things I have had to do and sent them to ***** ********..
