We serve New York City, Long Island, and the Mid-Hudson region. BBB services include: Business Profiles; Charity Reports; Consumer Complaints and Reviews; Dispute Resolution; Scam Tracker(SM) reports; and Consumer and Business tips and resources. In 2023, BBB Serving Metropolitan New York received 8.1 million inquiries for information about businesses and charities and handled over 87,000 complaints from consumers about businesses, plus over 73,000 consumer reviews. In 2023, people turned to BBB more than 218 million times for BBB Business Profiles on more than 5.3 million businesses and 78,000 times for Charity Reports on about 12,000 charities, all available for free at BBB.org.
