For over 72 years, BBB serving Southern Arizona has assisted consumers and businesses make smarter decisions by helping people find and recommend businesses, brands, and charities they can trust. People today are overwhelmed with choices – and often unsure about where to find verified, unbiased information. There are thousands of free and subscription websites that offer a range of information, including reviews, reports, directories, listings, and gripe sites. BBB is the one place you can find it all.

Your consumer experiences matter to Better Business Bureau – and businesses! BBB customer reviews allow customers to post positive, negative or neutral reviews about marketplace experiences with businesses, brands and charities. Just like our complaints, reviews are vetted by BBB team members and sent to the business before they are published online
BBB Auto Line
Our dispute resolution program can help you resolve your lemon law complaint, and you don't even have to hire a lawyer. Our lemon law complaint program covers car warranty issues against participating manufacturers.
Military Line
We believe that "Knowledge is Power" and "Financial Readiness equals Mission Readiness." Through the BBB Military Line consumer education program, we work to bring financial literacy training and tips, fraud alerts, and smart investing resources - we seek to equip those who serve, have served, and their families with the tools they need to navigate an ever changing and often complex marketplace.
