          The Better Business Bureau Serving Western Michigan covers 38 counties (and a portion of Ingham County) on the west side of Michigan's lower peninsula. We strive to find and support businesses and nonprofit that operate in an ethical manner and build trust in the marketplace. For all BBB services including business accreditation, ratings, reviews, and complaints, please visit us online at bbb.org. Please call 616-774-8236 for general questions or consumer issues. Phones are staffed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.  If no one is available, please leave a message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. Our office location is open Monday-Thursday, and closed on Friday.
