This program recognizes college-bound Seniors who personify high ethics as demonstrated through leadership, community service, overall personal integrity and academic history.
Recipients of this scholarship will receive $2,500 to an accredited college or university.
Douglas M. Hershman Scholarship for Ethics & Civic Engagement
This scholarship program awards a $2500 financial award to one Delaware high school senior that personifies high ethics and strong moral character as demonstrated though ethics and strong civic mindedness. The scholarship is named in honor of BBB past Chairman, Doug Hershman, who dedicated himself to BBB. This scholarship is funded through a generous donation by the Hershman Family.
