BBBME provides a variety of workshops and educational opportunities for consumers of all ages, from middle and high school students to senior citizens, programs for veterans' groups, families of active-duty military personnel and members of the business community.

Fighting Financial Fraud

In collaboration with the FINRA Foundation we deliver an educational training program on fraud prevention in local markets. The seminars can be delivered to virtually any group or business interested in learning how to protect their assets.

As a transient community, miltary personnel and their families are often the target of unscrupulous and predatory business practices. We believe that "Knowledge is Power" and "Financial Readiness Equals Mission Readiness."

BBB Student Contests

This contest encourages high school-age kids in our community to engage on topics of trust and ethics. Students should see this as an opportunity to work with a trusted brand, and acquire practical skills in advertising, audio/video technology, graphic design, and storytelling with a purpose.

BBB Akron is actively presenting in our local communities to schools, community centers, detention and business groups.
