AK Phone repair takes customer *********************** and charges high rates for nonfunctional services. Screens which are told to the customer are made for their ********************** models do not work at all or behave in ways which could easily be harmful and have been extremely distressing. These include software issues, phone dialing contacts and starting video calls, opening apps in a phone. At times it seems as if the keyboard has been hijacked and is being operated remotely. This all stemming from what was supposed to be a simple cracked screen replacement. The charge was $100 and my issues were made far worse than a cracked screen by this business and now I will need a phone replaced entirely and have had to deal with a phone that calls my personal contacts at random. Other people have reported that their stolen phones end up being tracked to this business.
