Got here at 2:45 Had an appointment for 3:15. They had me fill out my paperwork 3 times because they filled out parts of it wrong. Finally seen by a provider at 4:30. There was one other patient before me. They almost handed me my dot physical card and then took it back and said I needed to come back into the exam room after my exam has been done for 45 minutes. It was 5:17 at that point. The staff was unprofessional, didn't wear masks even though their signage said you need to. This is an extreme waste of everyones time. All the reviews on the websites are bad. Something needs to be done with this business to hold them accountable to the people paying for their terrible services. The provider then decided to withhold the *** physical from me because of one fainting spell in 2018 yeah I got a *** physical in 2019 and was cleared for work. It is now 2022 and I should be able to get a *** physical.Business response

We understand your disappointment with your recent experience and agree that this is not acceptable. As a result of your call to your office on the same day, your payment transaction was voided on 3/16/22. We would like to hear about the unprofessional treatment you received from our staff so that we can address it appropriately.
