In July of 2020 I paid MJM nearly $14,000 to asphalt my ***** square foot driveway. I had several sink holes that needed to be repaired that they assured me would be fixed with their dirt work. Because of how confident the owner was in telling me the driveway would look great, I went ahead and followed through with getting it asphalted. In a matter of just a few weeks weeds started growing through the asphalt, completely destroying the work that had just been done. I contacted MJM to inquire about if weeds growing up through the asphalt was a normal thing, and they told me it was not, but to just put some salt down and they shouldnt grow back. SO, thats what I started doing . . . For the duration of the summer. I spent the rest of the summer salting my driveway daily and packing down the asphalt the best I could that was getting destroyed by all of the weeds popping up everywhere. That following summer when the weeds came back even worse, I contacted MJM to tell them about my concern. When they had one of their employees come take a look at how destroyed my driveway was due to the weeds they told me it was the worst Ive ever seen. Later that evening I was contacted by a lady at their office who told me MJM was willing to burn the weeds off and pack back down the asphalt the best they could, as well as give me a discount to get the driveway sealcoated. They also informed me that the sealcoating would help cut down on my weed problem. Unfortunately, even after getting the sealcoat the weeds still just kept coming back. . . So back to salting I went. By the end of that summer (2021) my driveway took a turn for the worst ALL of my sinkholes returned, one of which has completely destroyed my asphalt in one area whereas the others have continued to sink further into the ground, causing those other parts of my driveway to crack due to the continual sinking. I have also continued to pull weeds daily. I contacted MJM in the fall and the owner refused assist.Customer response

As I already indicated in my previous email, this has been resolved with MJM.
