I have an old doctor **** from 2008 that I never received a statement to pay anything from it's $228 that they want now or I cannot see my primary doctor I'm on ******** I'm fully disabled these people cannot do this it's been 14 years going on 15 years they told me that's the way they do business it can't be right something has to be done it's hard enough trying to find a primary doctor ******** these people should not be able to get away with this the office manager said that's the way they do business I guess these people think they're above the law that they can do anything they want to anybody they want please help me resolve thisBusiness response

Good afternoon, my name is *********************** and I am the office manager for Bay Minette Medical Arts. We received the letter regarding ************************, ID # ********. His first visit in the office was back in 2008. His insurance company, BCBS came back and re-couped their money. He was informed of this and multiple statements were sent to his address. He was told about the balance when appointment was made. We had new employee working the front when he came back as new patient on 11/03/2022 and she overlooked his balance. He was again billed for payment. When ************ came back in the office on 11/18/2022, he was asked for the balance and said he did not have it that day. He was told we would see him under the circumstances that he was in office for and he also was told he would not be seen again until balance was paid.
