Went to the dealership to look at a vehicle that I found on their website, when I walked in and told that I was taking to the internet sales person, and wanted to see the vehicle, I was asked for my drivers license, I said no. They indicated that they needed it for the test drive. I told them I wasnt going to test drive it that day. Then some sort of sales manager came out and was pressuring me to test drive, and needed my license, again I told them I wasnt here for a test drive then he decided to argue with me that I needed to test drive and they needed my license, in case of a accident. I told him I will have license with if that happens or the salesman could drive it.He was still insisting that I give my license and take test drive, I told him no and contacted his manager.Be careful with this dealershipReview from Brett L

We do periodically have to send credit information to several financial institutions in order to obtain financing that will meet with the customer's terms. I spoke with ************** and he does not recall telling this customer that the inquiries on his credit would "fall off" in 30 days.Review from Sheila P

I went into detail what i needed in a vehicle and wanted. Was ordered the telluride then when i went to puck it up i swapped in my vehicle with over $20,000 in equity. Got the vehicle but told my salesperson i thought something wasnt right. He guaranteed me all was good. When he seen it was the wrong one ***************** ordered the correct one and told me to keep the one i had until the correct one came in. Almost 4 weeks! I went late to get mine and still again told them something wasnt right. When i came home i found my last contract... i was taken for $26,000 ... How can they get by with this! I meet with manager ****. They seen what happen but said well you signed contract and they offered me $1000.... Seriously!! Now i am up upside down by $5000 on vehicle now. How please tell me how they can do this to people. *****************, ****************************** (in finance) DO NOT TRUST *** OF TRUSSVILLE unless you want Screwed over! The worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I made the mistake of buying a car before it had been inspected, and the following issues were either CREATED by the dealership, not found, or not addressed. I was allowed to drive off in a vehicle that was not only out of compliance LEGALLY, but NOT SAFE. The driver-side windshield wiper was disabled during the inspection, but this issue was resolved - one of only two issues that were actually corrected. The window switch on the passenger side was broken and the aftermarket radio and cigarette lighter do not work. The blinkers do not work and the car was brought in on two separate occasions to address this issue, which at the time of this review are still inoperable. The dash lights are miraculously off at the dealership but turn back on a few miles down the road - either no one test drives the car to check for successful repairs or they turn it off long enough to get off the lot. They offered to call me multiple times regarding this vehicle and each time I have to call back several times to speak with anyone who can help me. The staff is also very brazen in their treatment of women. When I approached them about the bad window switch, they asked me if I had locked the windows by mistake and if that is why the windows do not work. To put it in perspective, the car is a two seater and does not have a child window safety lock, and I am not stupid. The dealership will do anything they can to determine it was operator error. My advice to the sales team at Serra Kia ********************** is to not sell people lemons - you're a car lot and not a ******** market, pick better arguments with your customers, and take some accountability for your poor decisions. My advice to potential buyers is to take your money literally anywhere else. A car I purchased for $900 works better than what they offer for $24k at this place, and surprisingly much easier to maintenance. I bet their lawyers make a lot of money defending their practices.Review from Sundrea T

My sister brought a vehicle here in Oct of 2022 *** ******* 2017 with less then ****** miles on it and has had issues with oil leaking out. Kept up the maintenance and was told to do an oil consumption test leaving her only vehicle there with no means of transportation since they dont give loaner cars. Day after an oil change the check engine light came on. Booked an appointment to check it out on 3/29 and a week later the car shut off. They wanna say it cost this and that and looking to take her money and hasnt had the car for 6 months yet. The money isnt the issue its the principle. *** corporate has been contacted and ***** Fargo the financier has been contacted. Lawyers etc *** has an oil consumption issue which will be a class action lawsuit soon but in the meantime *** ********************** are crooks from the foreign owner to the manager of the service center who said obviously u knew something was wrong because u purchased an extended warranty. Also said you have driven too much. You uneducated fool people buy cars to drive not sit to collect dust u ignorant a****** Do not go to this place. They have more cars in the service center than they have in the lot. Yes This is **************** and we are calling yall out on yalls BS!Review from Kamilah G

I have two complaints. I purchase a 2016 Nissan Sentra for my daughter in Jan. Weeks later I had to replace the alternator, I also found that an engine bolt was missing and the engine was about to fall out. This let me know that there was not an inspection done on this vehicle. As of today, while shopping around for a new car insurance carrier, I found that they sold me a car with a salvaged title. I attempted to get a quote from farmers insurance but it was denied due to the car having a salvaged title which I was completely unaware of. I’m beyond upset.Review from George C

I bought an F-250 about 1 month ago. The sales guy told me that they do an extensive check on every vehicle that comes through their lot. Well I requested that they change the oil because it looked dirty and the sticker was showing time for an oil change. Their tech said he remembered changing the oil just forgot to change the sticker (but the oil was dirty). Right after that I had to replace the steering gear and the tie rod ends $****. And I was informed that the u-joints and spindle are bad as well $****. I am going to be out $**** and I have had this truck for a month. There is no way they did an inspection.
