I work at a certified small business in ********. Unfortunately, Motion Industries is the sole distributor for certain brands in our area. I reached out to Motion Industries to request a quote for the necessary items, but an employee named *****, who was very rude and unprofessional, hung up on me three times and never responded to our request. His behavior was shocking and completely unprofessional. I suspect that his treatment was due to our status as a certified small business, leading Motion Industries to discriminate against us based on our business size.Initial Complaint

Requested for quotation for a pump labyrinth seal (August 2021), sending current seal photos and dimensions as a reference. After obtaining quotation and placing purchase order, I received product from Motion that does not match, despite requesting a second confirmation that part is correct. Motion claimed that this is what they have in stock. Part sent did not match the one on the photo, requested clarification from the supplier: either send the correct part or issue reimbursement. Was told that this is what they have and they will not send reimbursement and could issue credit for future purchases (October 2021) which I am not willing to accept. Amount charged for the seal was 535.67 USD. So far did not receive any reimbursementBusiness response
