Contract drafted on 1/18/2023, for repairs/refurbishment after downstairs water line break/flooding, included: 1. Toilet Repair - offset ****** replacement ($485) - Complete 2. Two (2) 50 gallon water heater retrofit and upgrade ($3370) - Complete 3. Removal and Replacement of existing / accessible CPVC water lines ($3900) - Incomplete 4. Bathroom #1 - Remove tub and faucet - reset after foundation install ($850) - Incomplete 5. Bathroom #2 - Remove tub and faucet - and original to "install 3 piece tub, shower, and faucet; plumb for kitchenette," changed to replumb for new bath shower, and install upstairs kitchen disposal ($2400) - Incomplete After multiple delays, Plumber was finally scheduled to continue work on 19 and 20 Mar, 2024. Worked briefly on 19 March, with verbal commitment to return on the next day, but 'no show' on 20 March with no communication/no rationale as to why. MD Wells Plumbing has since ghosted the customer, with zero response to repeated phone/text/email messages about status. Looking for a firm commitment to either timely completion of the work scope, or formal abandonment of the job with reconciliation of the work remaining and partial refund of the unearned deposit money.
