I got in touch with ********************************* and requested a quote for them to transport a puppy I'd purchased from *********, ** to ***********, **. Aireal quoted me $500. I paid this in two installments. One on May 19th and the remainder on May 25th. The puppy was supposed to have been picked up on May 28th and delievered May 30th. Late on the 27th I was told that they had to turn the van around before picking up my pup because another dog was sick and they had to clean out the van etc. I was looking into another mode of puppy delivery because I didn't want to wait another week and I wasn't thrilled with the lack of communication. ****** said they could pick her up Late on June 1st or early on June 2nd AND she'd refund me $50 for my inconvenience. I agreed because it was just as soon as anyone else could do it and she'd already been paid. I had to text the breeder Sun. afternoon after not hearing anything to find out they'd picked up the pup at 4 a.m. I continued to call and text ******, receiving no contact from her but eventually a driver notified me that they had the dog and would arrive at 8 a.m. June 3rd. at 10 a.m. I was told they would arrive around noon. Then at 2 p.m. I was told they would arrive around 4 p.m. Then I was called by someone else who said they were the brother-in-law of the current driver and had driven the first leg of the trip. They said ****** owed them almost $400 and they'd need that money before they could give me my dog. ****** continued not to respond to calls or texts but an hour later the driver said they'd received $160 but still needed the remainder. At this time I was told they were '2 hours out' it was now after 4 p.m. I called the ************************ and filed a report concerned my dog was being ransomed. They arrived at 8 p.m. the dog hadn't been fed. I notified them of the police report and they released the dog under protest. I haven't received the $50 refund. I'm concerned with the conditions of the animals in transport.

We are in the middle of a big move from ******** to ******. (Active duty)About a week before my family flew out we were made aware of a heat embargo and that nowhere within a ***** hour drive was flying pets due to the heat. We did some research on pet transporters and came across Critter Getter Pet Transportation. Chatted back and forth for a few days. She sent over a contract and informed us that she would need more money up front than what she would usually charge because of having to book flights. She provided screen shots of flight costs and told us that she could transport our dog for $1800, paid for the whole service up front.Fast forward a few weeks, we needed some paperwork to be filled out for the health certificate and she was super dodgy and always provided some type of excuse. We had an appointment for a required health certificate, after several attempts of trying to get in contact with her to make sure we were still on for the flight, she finally responded that something had come up and she would call me the next day. When we asked her if we should keep the appointment still, since they are good for 10 day, she never responded.Later that evening I informed her we were going to have to cancel our plans with her altogether. I no longer had any trust that she would be able to get our dog out to ****** safely.Over the last two weeks we have asked for a refund of our money, and it is one excuse after another (if anything at all). She has stated that she cant get reimbursed for the tickets she bought, however she was the one who stated we had to change plans. And still has not provided any type of receipt. She claims that we got scared and backed out, she was the one that had to make the change. This is our family dog, not a purse or something that you can just make last minute arrangements for. Please do not use this company, I do not want anyone to have to go through the troubles we have had to go through.

$800 deposit paid to the business through CashApp.The business agreed to transport my dog from ******, ** to Braunfel, TX between August 23-25th.The business failed to show up, failed to provide an exact time they would be showing up, and failed to respond to messages on August 26th after they did not show up or refund the money I paid them. The business then blocked my ******** account to eliminate means of communication and refuses to refund my money for a service they did not provide.

On October 16 , 2021 I contacted Critter Getter LLC to transport a puppy from Oklahoma to Wisconsin. She was referred to me by my breeder. She sent me a contract stating that I needed to make 2 payments via ****** friends and family totalling $412.00. I made these payments. On November 1, 2021 I was finally notified by Critter Getter, LLC that she was cancelling the route due to the fact that I was asking too many questions and that she would refund my money by the weekend. She did not and has not refunded my money even though I have requested on numerous times. She has continuously harrassed me and my family via social media and refuses to refund the money even though she cancelled the transaction.

      Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/01/13) */ ***Document Attached*** I canceled her transport the Saturday before our route began. I explained that I would be canceling and refunding her due to her irratic and anxious online behavior on our social media outlets. I refuse to work for difficult clients. When I informed her of this news she immediately pitched a fit and demanded a refund. I was driving another route route that time and informed her that her refund would be sent by the end of the weekend. She then pressed and made more threats. I asked her to wait for me to pull over as I am driving. She decided to immediately open a dispute case with ****** and disputed the charges with her bank. All of this happened within 1 hour of my notifying her of my decision to cancel. When a charge is disputed through ****** you can't just clock the " Refund " button anymore as the money is automatically withdrawn by ****** and it says its pending. I explained this to her and she continued to call me a liar and all of crazy nonsense. She later apologized and admitted that ****** misinformed her. She and a friend of hers left false reviews by claiming that I " Stole " the funds that she accidentally lost through a ****** dispute of her own doing. I have all proof in writing and will be fining a Libel lawsuit this month. I will not be going out of my way to fix her error in anyway then the way I told her. If she wants her funds she can sign an agreement with my attorney. This blatant defamation will not be tolerated.
