Road Runners lied to you completely,so I'm filing dispute. They ruined our couch,had tvs upside down one mess. I have documents I will send in .Business response

To whom it may concern,
As stated in the last response to this claim, the customer signed off on our customer sheet that expresses full completion of job with no damages or concerns regarding such. Road Runners Moving Services has record of all instances, including the customer sending a text message the day after the move stating that everything was handled before the crew left the site of the move. We had not heard of any damages until we were blasted on social media by this customer. I did engage and try to let customer know that had I been made aware of any damages, they would have been fixed as soon as possible. It was not until a few months after our company did this job for the customer that we learned of said damages. As we all know, things can happen uncontrolled, but we do try our best to resolve any issues in a timely manner. The customer did not pay their balance on the ******************** provided by Road Runners Moving Services. The customer claims we did not place her TVs correctly, we are a professional moving company and our teams are accurately trained and know not to lay TVs flat down and/or pile things on top. I hope to get this resolved, so the solution I can offer is to repair the couch this customer is claiming to have been damaged. I will be happy to get this fixed at customers earliest convenience pending the balance being paid in full.

The balance was paid in full !!!! Your company stated he called boss we was good. We couldn't see couch or anything else in back of storage so don't state I owed more that's a lie have 4 witnesses . Fix my couch and be done

Our hourly rate is $175.00 per hour. Customer paid a deposit of $350.00. The total hours spent on this job was 3 1/2 hours, which leaves a balance of $262.50. When this balance is paid, I will fix any damages on the couch.
