This complaint is to resolve an ongoing issue with *************************#**;s office. *************** visit with this office was on August 25, 2022 to get a full set of dentures. I didn&#**;t like the service that was rendered concerning the dental work that I received from Inspiring H33**30333430**323738H Dental PC. so I asked for my money back. I was told by United Healthcare that I should wait until Jan 2023 when my benefits roll over to get another company to the Dental work I want done. My benefits with United Healthcare Dental was $2500 in 2022 then in 2023 my benefits amount was $3000. I have chosen Vibe Dental of ********** to complete my dentures. I am suffering tremendously because I have a half metal partial in my mouth that cuts my bottom lip each time I eat.Business response

I have received all necessary documents concerning ****************, my office has attempted on multiple occasions to explain that adjustment are necessary and to come in to have them done. I have offered to refund the insurance less lab cost. **************** did supply you with 1 lab slip, however I have sent them both totaling 728.00. I understand the concerns that the patient has, but i have not been given the opportunity to make the necessary adjustment, which the patient is ***********. My obligation as a provider is to give the patient the care that they desire and need.
