I bought tickets for ****** ***** tonight January 19, ****. It cost me ****** which would be fine if we could attend. The roads are not safe due to the ice thats been there since Monday. The place is not reachable and refusing to give refunds to those of us who refuse to be unsafe and drive in these icy conditions. The local ********** news is even reporting city officials hope the roads will be clear by the end of the weekend, but with the weather continuing to be freezing they are not even sure about that. I just want a refund for a show I cannot safely attend.Business response

To Whom it May *********************** do not offer refunds here at Stand Up Live. When tickets are purchased all customers receive the message attached above. Our refund policy is included in the fine print. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES! The only way we would refund customers is if the event was cancelled. No shows were cancelled. It's the guest responsibility to make it to the venue for the show. Other customers, our staff, and the talent had no trouble getting to the venue as roads this way were cleared for travel.
